At Realistic Artificial Flowers, we take great care in packing, protecting, and delivering your beautiful artificial blooms so they arrive in perfect condition and ready to enjoy. Below you’ll find all the important information about our shipping process.
Dispatch & Processing Times
We pride ourselves on fast, reliable service.
Same-day dispatch for most orders placed before 14:00pm AEST (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed after 14:00pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day
Custom orders, large arrangements, and wedding florals may require additional processing time — we will advise you at checkout or via email
Shipping Within Australia
We ship from Queensland, Australia.
Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (location dependent)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Tracking is provided on all parcels
Delivery Partners: Australia Post, StarTrack
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size.

Packaging
Your flowers are wrapped with care to protect them during transit using eco-friendly packaging where possible. We may lightly bend stems to fit packaging; they can be gently straightened upon arrival.
Click & Collect / Showroom Pick-Up
You are welcome to collect your order from our Showroom located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast by appointment.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with collection details.
Wedding & Event Orders
We understand timing is vital for weddings and events.
We recommend placing your order at least 6-8 weeks before your event date for peace of mind.
If you need a rush order, please reach out before purchasing so we can assist with upgraded express options.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels
We do our best to ensure all orders arrive safely, but once in transit, delivery times are outside our control.
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours with photos (if damaged)
We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue quickly
Partial or full replacement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
Your happiness matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, re-delivery fees will apply.
Sustainability
We are committed to reducing waste and reusing or recycling packaging where possible, while still ensuring your flowers arrive beautifully presented and well-protected.
